How It Works
- Apply: Fill out this credit application in full, or email info@orchardvalleysupply.com or call 888-360-2001 to request a credit application.
- Get Approved: Submit your completed application. Upon approval, you will be notified of your approval status and assigned credit limit.
- Start Ordering: Once approved and payment information is confirmed, same-day order processing is available.
Note: Orchard Valley Supply reserves the right to require a credit card on file prior to releasing any order.
Credit Terms & Policies
- A 1.5% monthly penalty will be assessed on any balance unpaid beyond the approved credit term.
- If an invoice remains unpaid beyond the approved term, Orchard Valley Supply reserves the right to charge a credit card on file in full, including the reversal of any discounts applied to the original invoice.
- A $35.00 handling fee may be assessed for any returned check or invalid credit card transaction.
- The account holder is responsible for all legal and collection costs associated with non-payment.
