Shipping & Delivery

We work to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship and what to expect after placing your order.


How We Ship

Orchard Valley Supply ships via USPS, UPS, and freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. The most appropriate shipping method will be selected at the time your order is fulfilled, and may vary from the initial service selected. If a service is changed, there will be no change in cost to the initial order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Due to the nature of our products, many of which are large, bulky, or awkwardly shaped, and inventory locations, shipping costs can vary significantly from order to order and may be higher than what customers are accustomed to with standard retail purchases.

Our shipping software does its best to provide an accurate quote at checkout, however occasional discrepancies can occur, including inaccurate estimates or backup rates being applied. We strive to charge only what our delivery providers charge us.

If you feel your shipping quote may be incorrect, or if something doesn't look right at checkout, please don't hesitate to contact us before completing your order. We're happy to review it and ensure the rate is as accurate as possible. If it is discovered after your order is delivered that an excessive amount of shipping was paid, a refund may be applied on your order.


Fulfillment & Split Shipments

We fulfill orders from multiple locations across Oregon, Washington, and New York. If your order contains items from more than one location, it may arrive in separate shipments at different times. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment, so you'll always know where each part of your order is.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent directly to the email address on your account. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates so you're aware of your expected delivery window. If you don't see a tracking email, please check your spam folder before reaching out to us.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
